» Open the hook & loop fastening and slip arm in to just below the elbow.

» To treat tennis elbow, the round pressure pad, inside the brace, should lie below the bony part on the outside of the elbow, leaving enough room to allow the elbow to bend.

» To treat golfers elbow, the round pressure pad, inside the brace, should lie below the elbow crease on the inner elbow, leaving enough room to allow the elbow to bend.

» Put the strap through the D-ring pull back and attach to fastening.
