Fitting
» Undo all hook and loop closures
» Place thumb through the thumb loop
» Holding the end of the support, wrap around the back of the hand and continue to wrap around the wrist in a circular motion
» Fasten the hook & loop closure to ensure a snug fit
Washing
» Open the wrist wrap and lay flat
» Hand wash only with a mild detergent and luke warm water
» Leave to air dry
» Do not machine wash or tumble dry
