» Undo all hook and loop closures

» Remove the palmar bar and the thumb bar

» Place the palmar bar along underside of the wrist onto the palm. If there are spaces, bend and shape as required

» Place the thumb bar from the knuckle of the thumb down to the wrist. If there are spaces bend and shape as required

» Re-insert both bars

» Place the brace on the underside of the wrist and align the palmar bar to the palm of the hand

» Fasten the hook & loop to ensure a snug fit

» Finally wrap the thumb strap around the thumb to provide support as needed
