» Undo the hook and loop fastening

» Place the hook & loop at the back of your neck and refasten

» Slip the hand of the injured side through the loop and slide the clip down to sit above the wrist

» If there is excess overhang at fastening, slide the second sliding clip to overlap and hold the straps together
