» Place elbow / arm into the sling ensuring the elbow fits snugly to the rear of the sling, keeping the limb fully supported at all times

» Pass the strap around the neck and over the shoulder of the unaffected arm

» Fasten the buckle and carefully adjust the strap so that the arm sits in a comfortable 90 degree angle
