» Pull the brace up the leg to cover the knee, ensuring the knee centre is situated in the open hole
» Ensure the padded circle is snug around the patella / knee cap
» Ensure the sleeve fits correctly and is not too tight or restricting blood flow
Washing
» Lay the knee support flat
» Hand wash only with a mild detergent and luke warm water
» Leave to air dry
» Do not machine wash or tumble dry
