» Undo all hook and loop closures

» Remove palmar bar and place the bar along the underside of the wrist on to the palm. If there are spaces between where the bar meets the skin bend and shape as required

» Re-insert the palmar bar and secure with the end tab

» Place the brace on the underside of the wrist and align the palmar bar to the palm of the hand

» Fasten the hook & loop straps to ensure a snug fit
