The Sporlastic Epi-Hit  has been designed to alleviate the pain associated with conditions such as Tennis Elbow, Epicondylitis, Tendonitis and Golfer’s Elbow.

It provides therapeutic compression and supports the forearm muscles and tendons.

It works by limiting the stress and strain on the elbow and stabilising the muscles in the forearm.

Measurement & Fitting

Measurement
Using a fabric tape, measure the circumference of the forearm in centimetres and refer to the sizing guide

Fitting
The ideal position for the EPI-HiT® Brace is about 3–4 cm
below the inflamed tendon tissue or directly on the twisted muscle.
Adjust the brace via the rear catches so that the ends
lie on the
Close the loop-and-hook fastener.
The closure of the brace is continuously variable and
the brace should be adjusted so that it sits firmly
without causing unpleasant pressure. The correct pressure
has been adjusted if, after a few minutes, the clasp
can no longer be felt when the arm is relaxed, yet when
the hand is used the pressure of the pad is once again
noticeable.
If the clamp is too tight then loosen it slightly or move
the clasp downwards by a few millimetres. The clasp
should also be moved downwards if it pinches when the
elbow is bent. Wear the clasp throughout the day, but
please remove it for the night.
The wrist bandage should surround the wrist fully

To keep your support in tip top condition please keep to the following care instructions:
If your product contains removable parts such as a palm bar, please remove before washing.
Hand wash only with a mild detergent and leave to air dry.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
