Rhizo-Hit Thumb Support
Designed by Sporlastic the German engineered Rhizo-Hit Thumb Support was developed specifically to help with the pain created by tendon instability, in the region of the thumb and thumb saddle joint (ski thumb).
Gripping and holding are the main functions in this area so when this area is injured it can be very debilitating.
The Rhizo-Hit stabilises the thumb joint, allowing the joint to rest and heal whilst still maintain full finger movement for rehabilitation.
The aluminium insert can be moulded by pressing to fit your anatomy perfectly making it very comfortable and supportive to wear.
Available in a range of sizes and fits universally left or right.
Measurement & Fitting
Using a fabric tape measure, measure around the circumference of your wrist in centimetres and refer to the sizing guide to obtain the correct size
Close the Velcro fastener at the end of the thumb tube, so that the opening fits snugly and comfortably around the thumb
Slip the thumb into the support and fasten the wrist strap.
Adjust as necessary until there is noticeable stabilisation of the thumb.
The aluminium reinforcement can be adjusted by pressing.
